Liz Sawers

Liz Sawers is a seasoned Network Engineer with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various roles. Currently employed at Airways New Zealand since June 2007, responsibilities include planning and managing network systems projects, supporting WANs and LANs, analyzing network performance, and implementing security solutions, with expertise in Cisco and Juniper configurations. Prior experience includes positions as an Intermediate Service Technician at The Laptop Company, a Network Engineer at PwC, and a Facilitator at Otago Polytechnic. Additionally, Liz has a background in music education as a piano and music theory teacher at Yamaha Music School. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from Otago Polytechnic and associate diplomas in music from St. Cecilia School of Music and Trinity College London.
