At Airways New Zealand, Neil currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner, providing strategic support to senior leaders. With their experience at Canterbury District Health Board, Dolphin Coast Retailers - Spar, and Toys R Us Babies R Us South Africa, Neil has a proven track record in developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and overseeing the full HR function.
