Sally Williams

Sally Williams is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and employment relations. Currently serving as Manager of HR Business Partnering and Employment Relations at Airways New Zealand since October 2017, Sally previously held the roles of Industrial Relations Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Lyttelton Port of Christchurch from January 2008 to October 2017. Early in the career, Sally worked as a Human Resource Business Partner at J Ballantyne & Co. from June 2005 to December 2007, providing strategic HR advice and overseeing recruitment and employee development. Sally holds a Diploma in Business, specializing in Human Resources Management from Massey University and completed the Transitioning to C Suite Program at The University of Auckland in 2022.
