Drew Richardson

Drew Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Drew began their career as an Audit Senior at PwC from 1992 to 1995. Drew then joined Qantas and held various roles including Senior Internal Auditor, Industrial Relations Manager, General Manager of Human Resources, and General Manager of Flight Operations Business Support. Drew played a key role in establishing and launching the low-cost freighter division, Express Freighters Australia, as the CEO for over three years. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Consultant at Hartshorn Pty Ltd and provided services in management, operations, aviation management, human resources, and industrial relations. Drew joined the Automotive Holdings Group (AHG) Refrigerated Logistics Division in 2016 and served as the Head of Human Resources and Safety. Drew was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2017 before joining Scott's Refrigerated Logistics as the Chief Operating Officer from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they are the General Manager Commercial & Customers at Airwork Holdings Ltd, and starting in March 2023, they will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer.

Drew Richardson obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from The University of Queensland between 1989 and 1991. Drew then pursued Chartered Accounting and earned an ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia from 1992 to 1995.
