Alexandre Favron

Alexandre Favron is a senior imaging scientist at AIRY3D since August 2021, specializing in the simulation of optical performance of CMOS cameras, contributing to high-quality data acquisition for machine learning, designing camera performance, and overseeing GDS generation. Prior to this role, Alexandre held the position of integrator and process engineer at Teledyne DALSA from February 2018 to October 2020, where responsibilities included technical performance of products, development of mechanical and optical models with process feedback, continuous improvement of control plans, and customer service related to quality control. Alexandre's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Physics from Université de Montréal (2012-2017) and a Master's degree in Physics from the same institution (2010-2012), complemented by a course in machine learning from Udacity (2020-2021).
