Vishwas Pai

Vishwas Pai is a seasoned operations executive with substantial experience in leading service delivery teams in the BPO and mortgage lending sectors. In their current role as Vice President of Operations at AIS Info, they focus on operational strategy, process improvement, and people empowerment within U.S. mortgage services. Previously, they served as Director at Envoy Mortgage, where they pioneered operational excellence and regulatory compliance while managing a large team. Their earlier experiences include roles as Process Manager at MyITgroup and Senior Process Executive at Infosys BPM, where they significantly enhanced operational efficiency and team performance. Vishwas holds an MBA in Finance from Manipal Academy of Higher Education and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Mangalore University.
