Zina Berry PharmD has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Zina started their career as a Pharmacy intern at Walgreens in 1992 and later worked as a Pharmacist and Lead Consultant Pharmacist in the long-term care division. From 1998 to 2001, they served as the Director of Clinical Services at NCS Healthcare, overseeing clinical activities and implementing a quality assurance program.
In 2002, Zina joined Walgreens again and took on various roles, including Regional Pharmacy Supervisor, Regional Operations Manager, and Director of Integration for Infusion and Respiratory Services. Zina played a key role in integrating services and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. During this time, they also worked on strategic integration and product management.
In 2018, Zina joined Coram CVS/specialty infusion services as the Senior Director of Operations and later became the Epic Home Infusion Program Director. Their responsibilities included overseeing operations and implementing an infusion program. In 2020, they joined AIS Healthcare as the Vice President of Clinical Operations.
In addition to their corporate roles, Zina has also served as a Board Member for the Children's Organ Transplant Association and as a Faculty member at the University of Phoenix, where they taught an advanced pharmacotherapeutics class for the Nurse Practitioner program.
Throughout their career, Zina has demonstrated expertise in clinical operations, strategic integration, infusion services, and home care.
Zina Berry obtained their Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD) from the University of Arizona. Zina has additional certifications as a pharmacist in Arizona, Kansas, Louisiana, and Nevada.
