Tory Passalacqua

Tory Passalacqua, PMP, currently serves as Pre-Construction Manager and Area Program Manager at AIS Infrastructure since September 2020, with a focus on managing federal government projects, developing cost estimates, assisting in proposal development, and creating project schedules. Prior experience includes roles as Program Manager and Project Manager at Tikigaq Construction from July 2015 to September 2020, and Associate Engineer at E. & J. Gallo Winery between January 2014 and June 2015. Initial engineering experience includes positions as an Assistant Engineer at Experis and Project Engineer intern at Frito Lay. Tory's early career involved management roles at Santa Fe Opera, where responsibilities included hiring and managing staff and ensuring patron safety.
