Raymond Holden

Helpdesk Manager at AIS

Ray started his IT career in 1998 with a degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University. After a few years as a consultant Ray landed a role providing IT support for an enterprise level MSP company that lasted for 20 years. During that time Ray provided onsite support for a healthcare manufacturer that produced nuclear medicine, was promoted to service delivery manager, and finally moved to a role as a field dispatch manager. Ray brings to AIS a broad range of knowledge not only within the tech realm, but also as it pertains to policies and process controls.
