Neha Jain has been working in the HR Recruitment field since 2012. Neha started their career as an HR Recruiter at A1 Selectors Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, staffing, scoping, and onboarding candidates. Neha also worked on technologies such as Networking, Semiconductor, Microsoft, Java technology, and PHP. In 2013, they joined Hi Impact Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (Regd.) as a Senior HR Recruiter. In 2015, they moved to AIS Technolabs/Alliance International, where they worked as a Senior HR Recruiter/Team Leader. Here, they were responsible for building relationships with clients, developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, and their work culture and environment. Neha also advertised vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media. In 2017, they joined Alliance International/AIS Technolabs Pvt Limited as an Assistant Manager - HR Recruitment.

Neha Jain completed their B-Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya between 2008 and 2012.
