Jessica Hinojosa

Jessica Hinojosa serves as the BD Operations Manager at AIS (Applied Information Sciences) since July 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing the White Glove Service, improving sales processes, leading trainings, and supporting proposal responses. Prior to this role, Jessica worked as a Proposal Coordinator at ValidaTek, Inc., focusing on preparing RFI templates, analyzing government solicitations, and assisting with proposal quality assurance. Jessica's career at AIS began in 2016 as a Talent Coordinator, followed by positions as a Human Resources Administrator and Front Desk Receptionist. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Mary Washington, obtained in 2011.
