Nicole Peace

Nicole Peace is the current Vice President of Human Resources at AIS. Nicole has held this position since August 2021. Prior to this, they were the Director of Human Resources at PAE from April 2021 to August 2021. Before that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at METIS Solutions, LLC from October 2013 to April 2021. And before that, they were an HR Specialist at CACI International Inc from January 2009 to October 2013.

Nicole Peace holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Miami, and is certified by SHRM as a Senior Certified Professional.

They are on a team with Tom O'Connell - Chief Consulting Officer, Amy Midy - VP, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management, and Raj Agarwal - President, AIS India. Their manager is Larry Katzman, President, CEO & Director.
