AISAN INDUSTRY CO., LTD. is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of automotive parts. The Company operates in two business segments. The Automotive Parts segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of automotive parts, including fuel pump modules, throttle bodies, injectors and canisters, among others. The Non-automotive Parts segment is engaged in the automobile transportation business, the engineering and construction business, as well as the development and sale of computer systems and programs. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 25 subsidiaries and two associated companies.
