Yuriy Zaremba

Yuriy Zaremba is a seasoned entrepreneur and legal expert, currently serving as the CEO and Co-founder of AISDR since July 2023, where the focus is on revolutionizing sales outreach through AI technology. Prior to this, Yuriy was the Managing Director at Onit from December 2020 to July 2023, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the AXDRAFT product line and ensuring the achievement of sales goals and team satisfaction. As the Co-Founder and CEO of AXDRAFT from October 2017 until its acquisition by Onit Inc., Yuriy developed innovative solutions that streamlined legal document drafting, significantly reducing the time required for document preparation. Yuriy's legal expertise was further established during tenure as Of Counsel at Avellum from March 2012 to October 2017, where responsibilities included managing real estate and employment practices while actively participating in high-stakes M&A projects. Yuriy completed two educational stints as an alumni of Y Combinator in 2019 and 2023.
