Saurabh Bhatt has a diverse work experience in various industries. Saurabh started their career in 2018 as a Business Development Manager at OYO, where they were responsible for contracting with hotels, managing negotiations, and overseeing overall operations. Saurabh successfully recovered amounts from hotels even during the Covid-19 pandemic and managed a portfolio of over 400 SRNs in Uttarakhand. Saurabh also held the role of Transformation Manager at OYO, where they were responsible for project planning, execution, and monitoring. Saurabh launched 8 new territories under the OYO Smart Platform with great success.

In 2020, Saurabh co-founded M/s Conscious Care (Veda Botanicals) and took on various responsibilities such as identifying and procuring materials, product development, website development, and listing products on multiple online marketplaces. Saurabh also worked closely with different teams and customers to gather feedback and improve the product. Saurabh prepared strategies for product placement and played a key role in the company's growth.

In 2021, Saurabh joined LEAD School as a Key Account Manager, handling deal values of over 2 crore in the Kumaun region of Uttarakhand. Saurabh focused on partner school retention and ensured timely collection of dues.
