Dan Deklich

Dejan Deklich is an experienced technology executive with a proven track record in leading large engineering and product teams across multiple organizations. As Chief Development Officer at RingCentral from September 2022 to March 2024, Deklich managed a team of 3,000 individuals specializing in engineering, quality engineering, DevOps, site reliability engineering, and project management. Previously, at 8x8, Deklich served in various senior roles, including Chief Technology & Products Officer, where oversight extended to an R&D organization of approximately 1,000 people, and Chief Product Officer, overseeing product management and engineering efforts. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Splunk, NICE Systems, Merced Systems, Attributor, Yahoo!, and IBM Almaden Research Center, focusing on technology strategy, engineering management, and innovative product development. Deklich holds advanced degrees in computer science/software engineering from Santa Clara University and physics/math from the University of Bremen.
