Monica Badulescu

Monica Badulescu is an experienced professional in HR and talent management, currently serving as the RRH at AISI since February 2024. Prior to this role, Monica was the HR Manager at YMO, overseeing all HR functions for a FinTech startup. Previous experience includes serving as a Recruitment & HR Expert at The Allyance, where Monica focused on diversity in tech recruitment, and as Head of Talent Management & HRBP at Scaleway, leading a talent team and developing HR processes.
