Frances Völkel

Frances Völkel has held various roles throughout their work experience. From February 2015 to August 2015, they completed an internship at Stadt Mittenwalde. Frances then went on to complete another internship at Bundespolizei from February 2017 to August 2017. From November 2017 to January 2019, they worked in the Human Resources department at Westwing Home & Living. Starting in February 2019, they worked as a Werkstudentin HR at MTU Maintenance until July 2020. From August 2020 to January 2021, they were a Masterand at MTU Maintenance. Most recently, Frances joined AiSight in February 2021 as an HR Manager and later transitioned to the role of Team Lead People & Culture, Finance and Workplace Engineering in August 2022.

Frances Völkel completed their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Verwaltung und Recht at Technische Hochschule Wildau from 2014 to 2018. Following that, they pursued a Master of Laws (LLM) in Wirtschaftsrecht at the same institution from 2018 to 2021. Frances also obtained additional certifications, including Personio Essentials from Personio in May 2023 and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging from LinkedIn in February 2023.
