Maximilian von Duering began their work experience in 2010 as a Finance and Accounting intern at Bilfinger SE. Maximilian then worked briefly in 2011 as Commercial & Sales/Corporate & Product Marketing intern at LSG Sky Chefs. In 2013, they worked as a Business Development intern at Doctena. In 2014, they joined Holtzbrinck Digital as an Investment Management intern. From 2015 to 2016, they held multiple roles at HappyFresh, including Strategic Partnership Manager, Interim Marketing Manager, and Special Projects Manager. In 2016, they worked as a Business Development & Sales intern at 99chairs. In 2017, they became a Project Leader ESCP Consulting at OSRAM. Finally, in 2018, they founded AiSight and became the Founder & CCO of the company.
Maximilian von Duering's education history starts with their Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Management & Economics, which they pursued from 2011 to 2014 at Zeppelin University in Friedrichshafen. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science degree in International Sales Management from ESCP Business School between 2016 and 2018.
In addition to their formal education, Maximilian has obtained several certifications. In May 2010, they received a certification in TOEFL English from TOEFL®. In June 2008, they participated in the Management Information Game provided by Bildungswerk der Niedersächsischen Wirtschaft gemeinnützige GmbH. Furthermore, Maximilian received the RYLA Youth Leadership Award from RYLA - Rotary Youth Leadership Awards in January 2007. More recently, they were part of the HAX Hard Tech Accelerator Program by SOSV, which they completed in February 2019. Additionally, they received the Berliner Startup Stipendium from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin in July 2018.
