Troy Davis

Troy Davis has extensive experience in maintenance and operations management, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Aisin Mfg. Illinois since December 2016, following a tenure as Maintenance Supervisor at Aisin Manufacturing Marion Illinois from March 2012 to May 2016. In the previous role, Troy was responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing the daily operations of a significant machine maintenance department. Troy also has a background as an Equipment Maintenance Technician with expertise in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting within manufacturing systems. Earlier experience includes a managerial position at Jorson & Carlson, overseeing daily operations for over 13 years. Troy holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from SIU Carbondale.
