Phil Laporte

Phil LaPorte is a seasoned manufacturing engineer and recruiter with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer at AISIN North Carolina Corporation since February 2023, Phil has also been a recruiter for finance and accounting firms at Triple R Staffing since September 2021. Prior to these roles, Phil was a project manager at Independent Energy Solutions LLC, where responsibilities included launching a residential solar energy consulting venture and securing key partnerships. Phil has a strong sales background, having previously held a project manager and technical sales representative position at Encōr Solar, consistently ranking as a top sales performer. Additionally, Phil has held manufacturing engineering positions at Advanced Precision Solutions and EMP, where critical processes in CNC machining and customer relationships were developed. Phil's early career included roles as a CNC programmer and machine operator at Stewart Manufacturing and EMP. Phil studied at Bay de Noc Community College from 2000 to 2002.
