Pooja Aphale

Pooja Aphale is a seasoned Quality Systems Engineer TQM at AISIN North Carolina Corporation since May 2021. Previously, Pooja held the position of Lead Engineer in Vehicle Valvetrain Manufacturing at Eaton from September 2017 to February 2021, contributing to products and systems that enhance vehicle efficiency and performance. Pooja worked as a Quality Engineer in Automotive Powertrain Manufacturing at GKN Driveline from 2015 to September 2017, focusing on efficient driveline systems. Pooja holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from COEP Technological University.
