Lamont Hatcher

Lamont Hatcher has been in the technology industry for over 20 years. Lamont started their career as a document processing specialist with USA Track & Field. Lamont then transitioned into network engineering with REAL Solutions Group Ltd. In 1999, they became the IT Director for Memorial Clinic of Indianapolis where they were responsible for the organization's computer systems, servers, and network connections. In 2011, they became the VP of Technology for Esource Resources. Lamont is currently the CEO of AIS.

Lamont Hatcher received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Indiana University Bloomington. Lamont also has a certification from the Project Management Institute in PMP.
