Anita Li

Anita Li has worked in the Human Resources field for over a decade. Anita began their career in 2007 as a Recruiter at Carrefour. In 2010, they joined Digital China as a Recruiting Manager and HRBP, where they provided HR services to new businesses and managed recruitment channels. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at S.F.EXPRESS CO.,LTD. as a Human Resources Manager, where they were responsible for hunting director level and above candidates for the group headquarters, analyzing the needs of the personnel, and drawing the candidates map. Most recently, they have been the HRBP head at AISpeech Co., Ltd. since 2018.

Anita Li attended Jilin University from 2003 to 2007, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Anita then attended Peking University HSBC Business School from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained their Master's degree in MBA.
