Bhargavi Challa

Bhargavi Challa has worked in the Human Resources field since 2010. Bhargavi began their career as a Process Associate at Infosys in 2010. In 2011, they were hired as an Assistant Manager HR for Cinepolis India, where they helped open the new branch in Bangalore and worked with senior management to create HR policies and procedures. In 2012, Bhargavi joined Indecomm Global Services as an Employee Engagement Relations, where they managed, designed and distributed e-mailer campaigns weekly/fortnightly. In 2014, they moved to Shristi Infomatics as an Assistant Manager HR, where they handled entire HR operations for more than 60+ employees. Finally, in 2016, Bhargavi became the Head of Human Resources at Aissel Technologies.

Bhargavi Challa obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from KK & RK Institute of Management Studies between 2007 and 2009. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in MBA (HR & Marketing) from SJMVS Womens College, Hubli between 2005 and 2007.
