Robert Barker MBA, CMA

Robert Barker MBA, CMA has extensive work experience in finance and business development. Robert began their career in 1980 as Manager of Cost and Budgets at Monolithic Memories. Robert then moved to WaferScale Integration in 1989, where they served as VP Finance & CFO. In 1994, they joined Micrel as Vice President, Corporate Business Development and Vice President, Finance / Chief Financial Officer / Secretary. During their time there, they managed corporate business development, corporate legal activities, and worldwide real estate activities. Robert also led HR operations from 2007 to 2009 and served on the Disclosure Committee. In 2011, Robert joined GCT Semiconductor, Inc. as Member of the Board of Directors and Audit Committee Chairman. Robert was responsible for ensuring completion of successful audits, monitoring financial operations, and audit execution. In 2012, they joined Fastor Systems Inc. as a Board of Advisors, providing financial, legal and human resources advice. In 2016, Robert joined Linear Dimensions as a Board Member. Finally, in 2018, they joined AIStorm Inc. as Board Member VP Finance & CFO.

Robert Barker obtained their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the UCLA Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science between 1963 and 1968. Robert then went on to pursue an MBA in Operations Research from the UCLA Anderson School of Management between 1968 and 1970. In 1983, they obtained their Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification from the CMA.
