Steve Schlachter

Steve Schlachter is the Controller at Aite-Novarica Group and is responsible for accounting operations. He has 20 years of accounting and finance experience, specializing in corporate controllership. He also has experience leading automation, process improvement, and system implementation within accounting.

Steve started his career in financial planning and analysis before returning to school at NC State and switching to accounting in 2006. Prior to joining Aite-Novarica Group, he was the Americas Controller at Armacell LLC, overseeing all accounting operations, indirect expense finance, and the budget process.

Steve holds a B.S. in Finance from West Virginia University.
