Shine Ho

Shine Ho, Ph.D., currently serves as Chief Delivery Officer at Aitech Systems, leading the development of innovative rugged embedded solutions for diverse customers, including commercial, civil, and Department of Defense sectors. Prior to this role, Shine held the position of Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Redwire Space, where responsibilities included advancing manufacturing capabilities for space applications and initiating strategic plans for program execution. Shine’s extensive experience also includes serving as Director of Systems Engineering at Northrop Grumman, focusing on space systems for national defense and environmental missions, as well as previous positions at Boeing Satellite Systems and Johnson Electric Automotive Motors. Shine earned a Ph.D. in Engineering, along with a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, all from the University of New Hampshire.
