Vajira Premawardhana

Vajira Premawardhana possesses extensive experience in finance and investment management, currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Head of Treasury and Projects at Aitken Spence PLC in Sri Lanka since December 2008. In this role, Vajira manages the group treasury as a profit center, develops new investment projects, and oversees project finance. Prior experience includes positions as Executive Director at Lanka Orix Securities, Accounting Manager at Almarai Company, Chief Accountant at MAS Holdings, Fund Manager at Eagle NDB Fund Management Ltd, and Investment Analyst at National Asset Management Ltd. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the University of Sri Jayawardenepura, a FCMA from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, and a BSc (Engineering) Hons in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Moratuwa.
