Alexander Rickardsson

Alexander Rickardsson has worked in a variety of roles in the IT industry since 2005. In 2005, they were an Online Community Representative and a Game Master at Blizzard Entertainment Europe. In 2007, they were a Computer Engineer at ITT Water & Wastewater, where they worked with Windows, Unix, and AS400 servers as well as an IBM zSeries machine. In 2011, they were an Application Technician at TeliaSonera, where they administered the Oracle eBusiness Suite system. In 2018, they were a Site Reliability Engineer at Aiven. In 2019, they were an Independent Contractor at Kill -9. Since 2020, they have been a Staff Site Reliability Engineer and a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Aiven.

Alexander Rickardsson attended Linköping University from 1999 to 2000, studying Computer Engineering. Alexander then attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2002, studying Network Security. In 2019, they obtained an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification from Amazon.
