Brindusa Cojocaru has worked in various positions since 2003. Brindusa began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Nobel Romania. Brindusa then moved to Orange Romania SA in 2004 as a Customer Care Representative. In 2006, they joined Global E-Business Operations Centre (part of HEWLETT PACKARD ROMANIA) as a Team Leader Credit & Collections and Senior Collections Specialist. In 2008, they became a Credit & Collections Manager at Oracle, where they won the most cash collected price for three consecutive quarters. In 2011, they joined Sutherland Global Services as Global Transformation Lead Finance and Accounting, where they managed projects that lead to effectiveness and efficiencies within the FAO organization. In 2017, they became Marketing Operations Director at Netcentric, A Cognizant Digital Business, where they built a successful practice from 0 in a highly competitive environment. Brindusa also developed new service offerings, found the right talent, and managed client expectations. In 2021, they began working as a Senior Project Manager at Aiven.
Brindusa Cojocaru obtained a degree in Management from the Academia de Studii Economice din București between 2002 and 2006. In June 2022, they earned the Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org.
