Emilia Kronlund

Emilia Kronlund has a diverse background in People Development, Talent and Leadership Development, HR, and Psychology. Emilia began their career in 2012 as a Clinical Psychologist Trainee for Raseborgs stad. In 2013, they worked as a Part-Time Lecturer in Psychology at Poliisiammattikorkeakoulu - Police University College and as a Psychologist Trainee for the City of Turku. In 2014, they worked as a Course Assistant for Organization & Management at Åbo Akademi University and as a Psychologist, Vocational Guidance and Career Counseling for the Employment and Economic Development Office. Emilia then joined SOURCE Executive Recruitment as a Researcher/Consultant in 2015. In 2016, they joined AIMS International Finland, Executive Search & Talent Management Worldwide as an Assessment & Recruitment Consultant and Psychologist, and KPMG Finland as a Talent and Leadership Development Manager and HR Manager & HR Business Partner. In 2020, they joined Aiven as People Development Director, Global (Head of People Development) and Acting Head of People, Global. In their roles, they have been responsible for creating and driving the people/talent development, growth and learning strategy, building out a global People Development team from scratch, hiring and leading a high-performing team of People Development talents, creating an emotional intelligent and inclusive culture, and finding and growing tomorrow's superstars.

Emilia Kronlund's education history includes a Master's degree in Psychology from Åbo Akademi University, which they obtained between 2007 and 2014. Emilia then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Organization and Management (major) and Accounting (minor) from Åbo Akademi University between 2013 and 2015. In 2012, they were an Erasmus Exchange Student at University College Cork, studying Business Administration and Management. Emilia is currently pursuing a Teacher Qualification (vocational school and university of applied sciences) in Adult & General Pedagogy from Åbo Akademi University, which they began in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2022. Emilia also obtained a Finnish Matriculation Examination from Pedersöre Gymnasium between 2004 and 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Emilia Kronlund has obtained several certifications, including a HR Agile Certified Practitioner from the Agile HR Community in 2022, Elements of AI from the University of Helsinki in 2018, TalentQ Certified User from Korn Ferry in 2017, PAPI 3 from Cubiks in 2016, OPQ and Verify (SHL Talent Measurement) from CEB in 2016, Licensed Professional Psychologist (Sweden) from Socialstyrelsen in 2015, Hogan Development Survey (HDS) from Hogan Assessment Systems in 2015, Licensed Professional Psychologist - Laillistettu psykologi - Legitimerad psykolog from the National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health (Valvira) in 2014, and a Food Hygiene Proficiency Certificate from Elintarviketurvallisuusvirasto Evira in 2007.
