Heikki Hannikainen

Heikki Hannikainen is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Aiven since December 2020, Heikki also owns aprs.fi, a role held since July 2006. Previous positions include Lead Architect for networking at F-Secure Corporation from 2006 to October 2020, Senior Software Engineer at Rommon Oy from 2005 to 2006, Software Engineer at Sonera zed between 2001 and 2005, and Systems Specialist at Sonera Oyj from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, Heikki has been involved in amateur radio as a software developer since 1992.
