Their responsibilities include ensuring the platform's security (Head of Security), managing online presence and strategy (Head of Online), navigating legal matters (Head of Legal Affairs), facilitating new customer onboarding (Head of Customer Onboarding), driving global presales and engineering efforts (Head of Global Presales & Engineering), and delivering professional services to clients (Head of Professional Services). Collectively, they work to enhance and support Aivo's AI-driven customer interaction solutions.
