Shashwat Srivastav

Shashwat Srivastav has over 15 years of work experience in the technology industry. In 2017, they founded and became the CEO of Aivot. From 2012 to 2017, they were Vice President of Engineering at EMC, leading a 200+ person team in 4 sites worldwide for $200+ million revenue object storage products. From 2005 to 2012, they were Principal Development Lead at Microsoft, where they managed and was the technical lead of the development team that worked on the backend of the massively scalable and available geo-distributed storage service for Microsoft's cloud platform. Shashwat was also inducted into Microsoft's high potential bench program. From 2004 to 2005, they were a Software Design Engineer at Nokia Mobile Phones.

Shashwat Srivastav completed their BE in Computer Science from Gujarat University between 1998 and 2002. Shashwat then went on to pursue an MS in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington, which they completed in 2004.
