Pauline Koch

Pauline Koch has worked at Aivy since 2022, where they are currently employed as an HR-, Partner- und Projektmanagerin. Prior to this, they worked at Mindfulife from 2021, where they held the roles of Minjob "Finance" and Praktikum "People & Culture".

Pauline Koch has completed a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftswissenschaften and Psychologie from The Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg between 2016 and 2019. Pauline then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the same university between 2019 and 2021.
