Desmond Hao is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management and strategic communication. Currently serving as the Senior Global Brand Manager at AIWAYS since January 2019, Desmond is responsible for brand strategy, identity, vision, and communication projects, as well as managing IP cooperation and sponsorship initiatives. Prior to AIWAYS, Desmond held the position of Brand Manager at Lynk & Co from February 2017 to 2019, focusing on market strategy and vehicle launch projects. Desmond's career also includes roles as a Retail Marketing Manager at Kia Motors Corporation and 上海汽车集团股份有限公司, where responsibilities included dealer marketing and planning regional activities.
