Chris Gleeson

Global Product Marketing Manager at Wizards of the Coast

Chris Gleeson has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Chris started their career as a Student Assistant at Z. Smith Reynolds Library in 2008. Chris then worked as a Senior Counselor at Levine Jewish Community Center from 2008 to 2012. In 2012, Chris joined AquaTech Pool Management as a Pool Manager.

In 2012, Chris also started working at Best Buy, initially as a Computer Sales Associate and later as a Customer Service Associate. Chris worked at Best Buy until 2014.

In 2013, Chris worked as a Narrative Designer for an Unnamed Team and as a Lead Writer for TinyTempest. Chris also served as a Conference Associate at Game Developers Conference from 2013 to 2016.

Starting in 2014, Chris worked at zulily as a Copywriter and Copy Editor. In 2015, they joined Wizards of the Coast as a Content Specialist and Lead Editor. Chris later took on the role of Associate Brand Manager. Currently, Chris is working at Wizards of the Coast as a Global Product Marketing Manager.

Throughout their career, Chris has demonstrated expertise in marketing, product management, content creation, and customer service.

Chris Gleeson attended Wake Forest University from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their major was in English, with a minor in History. In 2011, Chris also took a program at Ulster University, where they obtained an Advanced Certificate in Irish Cultural Studies with Distinction. The program covered a range of subjects including Irish Folklore, Modern Irish Literature, and Irish and British History.
