Kyle Van Kleef

Kyle Van Kleef has extensive work experience spanning over 16 years. Kyle is currently employed at Aiwyn as a QA Engineer, where they are responsible for identifying bugs and defects within the product and documenting them for review. Their role also includes creating and performing tests to ensure customer satisfaction.

Prior to Aiwyn, Kyle worked at MasTec Network Solutions for a decade from 2011 to 2021. Kyle held the position of OSS SUPPORT SPECIALIST I and was involved in various tasks such as field integrations, cable migrations, troubleshooting, project management, technical writing, repair, and equipment deployment. Kyle also provided training and support to users in a concise and pleasant manner.

Before joining MasTec, Kyle worked at The Light Source, Inc as a Polishing/Assembly staff member in 2011. Kyle also gained experience as a Computer Technician at Bios Computers, Inc in 2010 and as a "C" Technician at Steve Moore Chevrolet from 2009 to 2010. Their earliest work experience was as an Automotive Technician at Imports Only from 2005 to 2008.

Throughout their career, Kyle Van Kleef has developed a diverse skill set in quality assurance, technical support, project management, technical writing, repair, and customer service.

Kyle Van Kleef attended Clover High School from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a High School Diploma with a focus on Automotive and Computer Technologies. In 2004 to 2005, they also attended Gaston College, studying Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician. Following this, from 2007 to 2009, they enrolled in York Technical College, earning an Undergrad degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
