Lucy Chong

Lucy Chong currently serves as Principal at AIX Ventures, a position held since July 2025. Prior to this, Lucy held the role of Senior Associate at both F-Prime Capital and Fine Structure Ventures from July 2024 to June 2025 and March 2023 to June 2025, respectively. Lucy's earlier experience includes a tenure as Research Scientist at Caltech from March 2022 to March 2023 and as Senior Scientist, Team Lead in Synthetic Biology at GC Therapeutics from March 2021 to March 2022. Lucy earned a PhD in Systems Biology from Caltech between January 2016 and January 2021 and a Bachelor's degree in Biology with a concentration in Neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania from January 2010 to January 2014.
