Nicolas Bouchet

Nicolas Bouchet has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Nicolas started their career as a PhD student at GICC, where they conducted research on DNA dynamics and transposable elements. Nicolas then worked as a scientific consultant at Pharmaciens Sans Frontières, focusing on infectious diseases and research projects. Later, they served as a lecturer at the University of Ouagadougou. After that, they joined CNRFP as a QA Director and Lead Auditor, overseeing clinical trials for malaria vaccines and drugs. Nicolas also played a key role in implementing quality and safety governance within the organization. In their most recent position at AIXIAL GROUP, Nicolas worked as a Senior Project Manager, leading international clinical trials and R&D projects. Nicolas also served as a Bid Manager and Bid Management Leader, working closely with department heads and business developers to provide the best proposals to clients. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of Business Operations at AIXIAL GROUP.

Nicolas Bouchet has a PhD in Molecular Genetics & Genomics from Université François Rabelais de Tours, which was obtained from 2006 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed a Msc in Infectious disease & Vaccinology at the same university from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications in various fields, including Risk Management in Clinical Trials and Good Clinical Practice.
