Dr. Boris Ansorge has a diverse work experience in the field of customer service and service management. Dr. Boris currently holds the position of Vice President Customer Service & After Sales at AIXTRON SE, a role they have been serving since April 2022. Before this, they worked as the Director of Customer Service at AIXTRON SE from November 2020 to April 2022.
Prior to their time at AIXTRON SE, Dr. Ansorge worked at Scheidt & Bachmann where they held multiple positions, including Director Global Service from January 2017 to October 2020. Dr. Boris also served as the Head of Global Spare Parts Management from July 2015 to December 2016, and as the Head of Strategic Projects from August 2014 to December 2016.
Dr. Ansorge began their career at FIR at RWTH Aachen in 2010, where they held the position of Deputy Head of the Service Management Department from January 2010 to June 2014.
Dr. Boris Ansorge completed their education at RWTH Aachen University. From 2004 to 2009, they pursued a degree in Business & Mechanical Engineering and received their Dipl.-Wirt.-Ing. During their academic journey, they showcased their commitment to learning, and from 2010 to 2014, they continued their studies at the same university, obtaining a Dr.-Ing. degree in Ingenieurwissenschaften.
