Frank Schulte

Frank Schulte serves as the Vice President of AIXTRON Europe at AIXTRON SE since April 2004, responsible for overarching regional leadership across Europe. Prior to this role, Frank Schulte held the position of Senior Manager Product Marketing from 2003 to 2004, overseeing global product marketing for a specific product group. From January 2001 to March 2003, Frank Schulte was the Managing Director of AIXTRON KK in Japan, where responsibilities included establishing and managing the subsidiary in Tokyo. Frank Schulte's career at AIXTRON SE also encompasses various general management and sales roles in Europe and Asia between 1991 and 2001. Academically, Frank Schulte earned a doctorate in physics (Dr. rer. nat.) and a Diplom-Physiker degree from RWTH Aachen.
