Herat Hirpara

Production Planning Engineer at Aixtron

Herat Hirpara has gained significant work experience in various engineering roles. In 2017, they completed an internship at Mahavir industries, where they focused on process optimization, waste reduction, and material flow analysis. They also identified bottlenecks, performed root cause analysis, and developed process improvement concepts. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Production Engineer at Dev NDT Inspection & Engineering, managing teams, defining new processes, and monitoring process quality. They also developed process instructions and implemented testing procedures. In 2021, they had a summer job at Daimler AG, where they assembled and inspected parts, applied lean tools for optimization, and evaluated weld quality. Their most recent position is a Master Thesis role at Schüco International KG, focused on production optimization through value stream mapping, waste reduction, and automation integration. They successfully reduced cycle time by modifying a production line. Starting in 2022, they also joined AIXTRON SE as a Production Engineer.

Herat Hirpara started their education in 2011 at Sahajanand Vidhyalaya, where they obtained their SSC (GSEB) degree. Herat then continued their studies at Sahjanand Vidhyalaya from 2012 to 2014, completing their HSC (GHSEB) degree in the field of Science.

In 2014, Herat enrolled at Gujarat Technological University (GTU), where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering. Herat completed this degree in 2018, after studying for four years.

Herat's educational journey then took him to RWTH Aachen University, where they began their studies in 2019. Herat is currently pursuing a degree in Production Systems Engineering, which is expected to be completed in 2023.

Throughout their education, Herat also obtained several additional certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. These certifications include Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Udemy and Data Analytics for Lean Six Sigma from the University of Amsterdam, both obtained in 2022. Herat also completed the Autodesk Inventor 2021/2022 - Essential Training from Udemy in 2021. In the same year, they obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt: Quantitative Tools for Quality and Productivity from the Technical University of Munich and Lean Production from RWTH Aachen University. In 2021, they also completed the Python Data Structures course from the University of Michigan.

Prior to these certifications, Herat obtained the Matlab Programming For Numerical Computation certification from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras in 2018. Herat'searliest certification, Laws of Thermodynamics, was obtained from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 2017, although the specific month is unknown.
