Pavla Kloss

Pavla Kloss is a seasoned professional in quality management with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Department Manager of Supplier Quality Area at AIXTRON SE since October 2022, Pavla previously held the position of Head of Project Quality Offshore & HVDC at NKT from January 2021 to September 2022. Prior experience includes significant roles at GETRAG FORD Transmissions, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Manager to Lead Engineer in Supplier Quality Development, alongside positions as Project Quality Engineer at Cameron and QEHS Manager at Pyeong Hwa Automotive. Pavla began a career at Gates Corporation as a Senior Quality Engineer, overseeing a team and developing Quality Management Systems compliant with ISO 9001. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Quality Assurance Management from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, earned between 1999 and 2004.
