Barbara Lotz

Barbara Lotz is an experienced administrative professional with a diverse background in community management and real estate coordination. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at AIY Properties, Inc. since February 2021, Barbara previously held the position of Community Management Coordinator at Rose Community Management from March 2017 to February 2021. Barbara's extensive career also includes nearly 13 years at Forest City Realty Trust as a Federally Assisted Housing Coordinator and an earlier role as an Assistant in Government Programs at Associated Estates Realty Corp. Barbara is an alumnus of Bryant & Stratton College-Cleveland.
