Weier Wan

Weier Wan is a highly experienced technology leader currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at AIZIP since January 2022. Previously, Weier held the position of Graduate Researcher at Stanford University from September 2015 to June 2022, where significant contributions included leading the design and validation of NeuRRAM, a notable RRAM-based compute-in-memory chip for edge AI inference, which garnered publication in Nature. Weier's expertise spans various roles including Visiting Researcher at UC San Diego, AI Resident Software Engineer Intern at X, and Research Assistant at both the Laboratory for Emerging and Exploratory Devices and UC Berkeley's StatNews. Weier's educational background includes a Ph.D. and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Physics and EECS from the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, Weier completed a Certificate Program in Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Stanford's Graduate School of Business in 2020.
