David Merino Abelló

David Merino Abelló has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. David is currently the COO & CFO at Aizon, an AI software provider focused on optimizing production in regulated industries. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director & Site Lead Industrial Park at Novartis Integrated Services, where they managed a global supply service organization. David also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Novartis Ringaskiddy Ltd. and participated in the Finance Development Program at Novartis Group Finance. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Business Planning Analyst at Novartis Oncology Region Europe. Additionally, they served as a board member at Fundació Hope Projects and had internship experience at Novartis Vaccines & Diagnostics China. David began their career at Amarna Therapeutics B.V. as a Process Development Technician and later became a Process Development Engineer.

David Merino Abelló completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree through an exchange program at London Business School in 2014. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2014, they pursued an MBA at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). Their undergraduate education was at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from 2005 to 2010.
