Andrew Pass

Andrew Pass has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Andrew started their career as a Swimming Teacher and Lifeguard at Tameside Sports Trust from 2005 to 2010. Andrew then worked as a Lifeguard at siblu in 2012, followed by a role as a Student at the University of Salford from 2008 to 2013.

In 2015, Andrew transitioned into a managerial role as Swimming Pool Manager at siblu, where they were responsible for managing the pool team, planning pool operations, and maintaining water quality. Andrew held this position until November 2015.

Andrew joined The Co-operative Bank plc in 2016 as a Web Developer, working on the refresh of the bank's website. Andrew then moved into the role of Product Owner from July 2017 to June 2018. Following this, they served as a Digital Transformation Lead from July 2018 to September 2019, driving the bank's digital transformation and ensuring agile delivery practices were followed. Andrew was also the administrator and owner of Jira/Confluence.

Currently, Andrew is employed at AJ Bell since September 2019. Andrew initially worked as a Scrum Master and is currently serving as the Agile Practices and Delivery Lead as of March 2021.

Andrew Pass earned a Bachelor's Degree in Professional Sound and Video Technology from The University of Salford between 2008 and 2013. Before that, they attended Ashton Sixth Form College for their A-levels, with a focus on Computing, Music, and Music Technology. In terms of additional certifications, Andrew obtained the Certified Scrum Master certificate from Scrum Alliance in May 2018, completed the PRINCE2™ Practitioner certification with QA Ltd in February 2018, and achieved the Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from Scrum Alliance in May 2017. Andrew also holds a Pool Plant Qualification, although the institution and specific date of completion are not provided.
