During this time, they gained valuable skills and knowledge in the industry. In the same year, Erin also served as a Student Representative for the Illinois Board of Directors at the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), where they played a key role in representing and advocating for the student body of interior design schools in Illinois.

In 2017, Erin joined Remick Architecture as an Associate Interior Designer and later took on the role of Director of Interior Design in 2020. At Remick Architecture, they demonstrated their expertise in managing interior design projects and collaborating with clients and team members. Erin's dedication and commitment to their work led their to their current position as the Director of Interior Design at AJ Capital Partners, which they assumed in 2023.
